In 2003, the beginning of our overland journey brought us to Turkey where we slow traveled for three months. We recommend overlanding in Turkey. It has fabulous landscapes and rough camping is easy. In Turkey you will find the kindest people, a stunning number of ancient and cultural sites, and good food.
All the more interesting it was to return and to explore a tiny corner on foot: the 850-km-long Carian Trail.
